Service Framework
These Terms and Conditions govern all architectural consultations, procurement contracts, and product supplies facilitated by Tile Mart Limited. By utilizing our platform, visiting our showrooms, or placing an order, you agree to adhere to these commercial protocols and standards of stewardship.
1. Material Specifications & Variations
The nature of premium porcelain, ceramics, and natural stone involves inherent technical variations:
- Shade & Tone: Slight variations in shade, caliber, and surface texture are characteristic of ceramic production. We recommend verifying all batch numbers prior to installation.
- Sample Representation: Samples are provided as general architectural representations. Actual production batches may vary within acceptable European industrial tolerances (EN standards).
- Technical Suitability: It is the responsibility of the client, architect, or installer to ensure the chosen material meets the slip-resistance and load-bearing requirements of the intended environment.
2. Procurement & Logistics
Orders are officially confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order. Delivery timelines are estimates derived from factory logistics and international freight schedules. Tile Mart Limited accepts no liability for contingent losses or installation delays arising from logistics disruptions beyond our direct control.
3. Returns & Returns Governance
Returns for standard stock items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Materials must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and remain in resalable condition.
Special factory orders, bespoke fabrications, and clearance collections are strictly non-returnable. A standard restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
4. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Tile Mart Limited's liability for any claim is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific materials associated with that claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or installation costs.
